Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for local shipping Estimated shipping times may vary based on the destination. Standard shipping within the United States , Europe and major international destinations is approximately 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping cost for international orders are a per a standard weight, however if the weight exceeds the standard weight. You might be requested to top up the shipping cost.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status for all international orders.

International Shipping:

Kaizo The Label proudly ships internationally. However, shipping times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country. Our international shipping is fast and secure. Returns and Exchanges Policy Kaizo The Label is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully to understand your options.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for international orders and 15 days for local orders. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, No visible stain or oder( deodorant,perfume,body order or washing powder) and with all tags attached. As most of our pieces are bespoke tailored, the return lodged is examed cases by case and a decision is made. We ensure the customer is always satisfied and happy.

Resize Option:

If your bespoke piece requires resizing for a better fit, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@kaizothelabel.com to discuss the resize process.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at enquires@kaizothelabel.com to initiate the return process. Pack the items securely and include the original packing slip. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Most of our garments are bespoke tailored to fit, We do exchange if the fitting is off. However, we always request for measurements before processing any order. We are aware that errors can be made with the sizing thus we do size exchange and size adjustments. Refund cases are examed and a decision is made based on the issue as the pieces are bespoke tailored to fit. An automatic refund is issued if the garment is not in a good condition which never happens.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order for prompt assistance.
